The love that my daughter and I shared was truly special.  She is a such a sweet, kind and gentle spirit. I am so sorry that I will not be there to see her grow into a beautiful woman.  It absolutely crushed me to not be in her life over the last three years. I worked very hard as a father to build her confidence and self-esteem.  She is smart, funny and considerate, but she didn't know it yet.  I pray that she realizes her strengths and her confidence in herself will continue to grow.  I love you dearly, Lily.

My identity was taken from me, as result of this process.  When it began, I was a commercial real estate broker with CB Richard Ellis.  I lived by the Golden rule and made a living by bringing parties together and finding the common ground.  My reputation as a broker was built on my honesty and integrity. When it ended, I was broke, homeless, unemployed and had no visitation with my own children.  

I had no confidence and was paralyzed with fear that I would be going to jail whenever my ex-wife wanted.  Nothing I could say or do would stop it. This is what being to death or 'targeted' by a psychopath looks like.  This is the outcome.  I didn't somehow change into a 'high-conflict' person or lose my ability to steer clear of the law. 

I've had never been arrested, depressed, homeless or suicidal before this process. The stress and pressure applied to me was deliberate and nothing I could do or say would get me any relief.  Nothing I or my attorneys said to my ex-wife's attorney or to the Court made any difference.  Truth, facts, evidence or even the best interest of my children had no affect on the outcome.

The family court system is broken, but from my experience, it is not the laws, its the lawyers.  They feed off of the conflict.  They are not hired to reduce conflict or protect the best interest of children, which is why third parties need to be involved.  It should be mandatory for children to have a guardian ad litem, with extensive training in abuse and aggression. 

It is absolutely shameful that the Fairfax County Court did nothing to intervene or understand the ongoing conflict.  Judge Randy Bellows also used the Children as punishment, by withholding access for failing to fax a receipt.  The entire conflict centered around the denial of access to the children, it was inconceivable to me that he would use children like this.  This is exactly what my ex-wife was doing and now Judge Bellows was doing it for her.

To all my family, friends and the people that supported me through this process, I am so sorry.  I know my reactions and behavior throughout this process did not always make sense.  None of this made sense to me either.  I had no help and the only suggestion I got from my attorneys was to remain silent.  

At first, I did what I was told, remained silent and listened to my attorneys.  Then after I had given my ex-wife full custody to try and appease her, I learned about Psychopathy and emailed Dr. Samenow about my concerns and asked him for help.  Of course, I was ignored.  As the conflict continued, I was forced to defend myself. When that didn't work, I thought I could get the help I needed by speaking out. There is no right or wrong way to defend yourself from abuse.  Naively, I thought that abuse was abuse and it would be recognized and something would be done.  I thought speaking out would end the abuse or at least get them to back off.  It didn't. When no one did anything they were emboldened.

I took my own life because I had come to the conclusion that there was nothing I could do or say to end the abuse.  Every time I got up off my knees, I would get knocked back down.  They were not going to let me be the father I wanted to be to my children. People may think I am a coward for giving up on my children, but I didn't see how I was going to heal from this. I have no money for an attorney, therapy or medication. I have lost four jobs because of this process. I was going to be at their mercy for the rest of my life and they had shown me none.  

Being alienated, legally abused, emotionally abused, isolated and financially ruined are all a recipe for suicide.  I wish I were stronger to keep going, but the emotional pain and fear of going to court and jail [because of exorbitant child support] became overwhelming. I became paralyzed with fear.  I couldn't flee and I could not fight. I was never going to be allowed to heal or recover. I wish I were better at articulating the psychological and emotional trauma I experienced.

I could fill a book with all the lies and mysterious rulings of the Court.  Never have I experienced this kind of pain.  I asked for help, but good men did nothing and evil prevailed.  All I wanted was a Guardian Ad Litem for my children. Any third party would have been easily been able to confirm or refute all of my allegations, which is why none was ever appointed to protect the children or reduce the conflict.

Abuse is about power and control. Stand up for the abused and speak out.  If someone speaks out about abuse, believe them.

Please teach my children empathy and about emotional invalidation and 'gas-lighting' or they may end up like me.

God have mercy on my soul.

Over at Real Clear Politics, Jack Kelly has a long piece which says that Obama is more like a 40 watt CFL in a sea of 100 watt incandescent

Barack Obama is the smartest man with the highest IQ ever to be elected to the presidency, historian Michael Beschloss told radio talk show host Don Imus in November of 2008.

“So what is his IQ?” Mr. Imus asked. Mr. Beschloss didn’t know. He was just assuming.

Many shared that assumption. Adjectives frequently applied to Mr. Obama are “smart” (278 million hits on Google), “intelligent” (62 million) and “brilliant” (24 million).

There is little evidence to support it. Mr. Obama went to Harvard, but so did George W. Bush, who some liberals consider dumber than dirt. The president won’t release his transcripts, so we can’t judge by his grades. Mr. Obama was president of the Harvard Law Review, but when he was selected, popularity mattered more than scholarship.

Mr. Obama joined an undistinguished law firm, where he tried no cases. So no help there.

Many cite the president’s oratorical skills, but he often rambles when he speaks without a teleprompter. That’s because his brain “is moving so fast that the mouth can’t keep up,” wrote Meghan Daum of the Los Angeles Times.

Mr. Kelly provides many, many more examples of a supposed smart president who never is truly capable of showing how smart he is. The question is “is Obama really not that bright, or is he simply a smart guy who is just a boob?” 57 states. “Austrian” language. Being called an incompetent and an amateur by Bill Clinton. Insulting our allies.

Most of his legislation can’t pass. The legislation that does tends to be really, really unpopular. His signature legislation (outsourced to Congress), the Stimulus, was an abject failure, except in terms of funneling lots of money to companies that were bound to fail (Solyndra, FirstSolar, etc), but rewarded campaign contributors. His other signature legislation, ObamaCare (again, outsourced to Congress and lobbyists), is despised by a majority of Americans.

So, just how smart is Obama? Who knows. What we do know that he is a disaster. If he is smart, it’s book smart, because he sure doesn’t seem to understand what happens out in the real world. Oh, he can fake it when talk (down) to people, but his policies tend to make things worse.

Furthermore, imagine how foolish Obama would look without Joe Biden around. And now, we’re seeing that his campaign skills have eroded, making constant bad decisions by pushing his shiny distractions.

Europe's poignant wake-up call

For those who missed the story, a 77-year old retired pharmacist – Dimitris Christoulas – has shot himself to death in front of the Greek Parliament in Syntagma Square, protesting the degradation of his country.

It is a call to arms, a poignant moment in Europe’s unfolding drama, reminiscent of the Buddhist self-immolations of south-east Asia that so captured world attention.

His suicide note refers to the Quisling regime of George Tsolakoglou under Axis occupation in World War Two.

Needless to say, it is loose talk to compare the Greek technocrat premier Lucas Papademos in any way to Nazi puppets. He is an honourable man, broadly supported by the Greek people, appointed by the Greek president under legitimate – though dubious – constitutional procedure, doing the best as he sees it for his country.

It is equally loose talk to compare the democratic, well-intentioned Germany of 2012 with the rabble of gangsters who hijacked the Weimar state in 1933. Germany’s Angela Merkel too is doing what she thinks to be the best for both her country and for Europe (and which I think is deeply misguided, especially for Germany itself)

But the event has happened, and such events have consequences.

The Tsolakoglou government has annihilated all hope for my survival, which was based on a very dignified pension that I alone paid for 35 years with no help from the state. And since my advanced age does not give me any way to react (although if a fellow Greek were to grab a Kalashnikov, I would be right behind him), I see no other solution than this dignified end to my life, so I don’t find myself fishing through garbage cans to survive.

I believe that young people with no future, will one day take up arms and hang the traitors of this country at Syntagma square, just like the Italians did to Mussolini in 1945.

"This is not just a person that killed himself," Laos head Yiorgos Karatzaferis told parliament. "We have all pulled the trigger. What did this man see coming from us, before deciding to take his own life? He saw shady goings-on, he saw that none of those that stole from him and the Greek people are going to jail. He saw no help coming his way, as he tried to deal with his loans and debts. He was told that no slack would be given to him, no room to move."

"It wasn’t this man who should have committed suicide. Rather, it should have been those politicians that have knowingly let Greece to be crushed," said Independent Greeks leader Panos Kamenos.

Yiannis Dimaras, party leader of the Hellenic Citizens’ Chariot, said: "Those who have voted away all the rights of this country, those who have given our dignity away, are those that are guilty for spilling the blood of this Greek pensioner".

Little more needs to be said. We have entered perilous waters in Europe. Greece is not an isolated case. Variants of the Greek tragedy are unfolding in a string of countries as they embark on similar policies of self-feeding contraction, as will become clear over the next two years. Spain’s youth unemployment is already 50.5pc.

The structure of monetary union is the root cause of this deepening crisis, since it shuts off the usual solutions: the policy mix of fiscal and monetary contraction under way simultaneously in countries containing 140m people is making it even worse.

The sugar rush from Mario Draghi’s €1 trillion LTRO at the European Central Bank is wearing off, leaving a residue of concentrated risk (this is not a criticism: Draghi did the right thing, given the imminent collapse of the Club Med banking system last November). Yet little else is in place.

Much hope is being placed on belt-tightening, and on root-and-branch reforms that will take five to 10 years to bear fruit. Mr Christoulas has alerted Europe that civil society will not wait.

2011 appears to be the 14th straight year for the annual suicide count to exceed 30,000, according to tentative statistics recently released by the National Police Agency.

The latest 2011 figure — 30,513 — however, was the lowest number since the annual suicide count topped the 30,000 mark in 1998, declining from 31,690 in 2010. Males accounted for 20,867 of the 2011 suicides, or 68 percent, the data show.

By prefecture, Tokyo had the most suicides, at 3,100, followed by Osaka with 1,899 and Kanagawa with 1,824.

An NPA official said a further statistical breakdown, including ages, occupations and other details of the victims, will be released sometime later this year.

"Although the total number declined, it is still a very serious situation to have over 30,000 people a year committing suicide," Yasuyuki Shimizu, director of the Tokyo-based nonprofit suicide prevention group Lifelink, told The Japan Times Wednesday.

The statistics show declines in annual suicide counts in Miyagi, Iwate and Fukushima prefectures, which were devastated in the March 11 disasters. But Shimizu said optimism about the results may be short-lived, because suicides tend to increase in devastated areas after a year or so, as was the case in the wake of the Great Hanshin Earthquake of 1995.

As reality sets in, people are forced to confront their losses, and some may suffer greatly to the extent that they commit suicide, Shimizu said.

According to a different survey by the Cabinet Office, as of November 49 people in the three prefectures committed suicide for reasons related to the March 11 disaster. Considering past studies, continuous support is crucial, Shimizu stressed.

The data also show that unlike the past three years in which the highest monthly suicide count was marked in March — which is the end of the business year for many corporations — last year saw the level peak in May.

Shimizu, who analyzed the unusual spike in May, said the jump may be related to the media's sensationalized reporting on the May 12 suicide of TV celebrity Miyu Uehara. Daily suicide tallies increased sharply for 10 days starting May 13, Shimizu said.

"Those who committed suicide in this period were mostly women in their 20s and 30s. . . . The media's excessive reporting may have triggered" this phenomenon, Shimizu said.

To prevent suicides, Shimizu said consultations to help people meet multiple needs, including debts and employment, are necessary.

"From our survey, we know that, on average, there are four reasons why people commit suicide," he said. "So by providing consultations to meet such multiple needs, I believe (we can) help people who feel cornered choose a path to live."

I’m a bit late to the commentary, but here goes. Please feel free to reprint and comment on this. American Women on average are horrible people. Not all of them, and certainly there are horrible outliers as well as wonderful outliers. There are good and bad men too.

However, men are much more likely to pay for thier own sins and shortcomings as well as women’s sins and shortcomings. Women on average don’t pay for thir shortcomings and sins as much as men and often men pay for them whether they want to or not.

I’m a 43 year old White Gentile man raise Christian & Catholic, and am an U.S. Army Veteran of Iraq and Afghanistan. I have real horror stories about American women as a result. Hold on to your seats and try not to cry as you read this long but necessarry post by me. these women were extreme outliers in a bad way, but they illustrate what is wrong with American Women and Western women and civilized East Asian Women too to one degree or way or another.

I had to console a friend of mine from another battalion because his friend committed suicide. He wanted to kill his dead friend’s wife and sobbed all night in Iraq. I warned him not to kill her on his return as he would be among the first for the police to look for even though his friend’s wife deserved it in my opinion.

His friend was on his third deployment to Iraq, and we were on our first. His friend made a Dear John telephone call to ask why she was taking (stealing) his money only to find out that she wanted to leave him and was impregnated by a neighbor civilian “friend”(disgusting as that sounds to say-with friends like that who needs enemies). He sobbed why.

She told him to kill himself so she could recieve $800,000 dollars in military life insurance. He walked into a portapotty, put an M-16 rifle to his head, and committed suicide. Members of his battalion were devastated as he was very popular and well loved. I knew him barely as an acquaintaince, but was a friend of a friend.

Then there were the threats of suicide including someone in my battalion who walked up to the battalion commander, a lieutenant colonel, pulled out his M-9 handgun unless he was allowed to go home because although he was without children and his wife was not impregnated by someone else, the same otherwise was happening to him. Many in the brigade threaten suicide.

My fellow battalion soldier went home and was chaptered out for mental illness during his second deployment.

Then in Afghanistan, a Sergeant and Non Commimision Officer in charge of one of my friends made plans to go home on Rest and Recuperation Leave(vacation or holiday) to visit his divorced wife’s home and his only child and beloved daughter for her 3rd birthday. His wife had hooked up with Mr.Thug Life while taking the Sergeant’s money for child support.

Mr. Thug Life was known to be physically and emotionally abusive to the daughter. The Sergeant returned a week before the girl’s 3rd birthday on emergency leave because Mr. Thug Life killed the daughter.

The Sergeant’s Company Commander, a Captain, and Non Commisioned Officer in charge of his company, a First Sergeant, told the Sergeeant he could stay home if he wanted to. the sergeant returned and his Company Commander and First Sergeant were bewildered and upset with him.

His response was that there was nothing for him at home except his only beloved child and daughter who hadn’t even made it to her third birthday lying dead six feet in the ground.

He would rather deal with war and be around his comarades. He stayed the rest of the deployment until it was time to go home. He was a happy man until his daughter’s death through and through.

Afterwards, even though he smiled and laughed you could still see the never ending extreme sadness and horror in him. His soldiers including my friend regarded him as a ticking time bomb for mental break down even though he never unecessarily lashed out.

Then of course there was the soldier in my company who had a baby with his wife and she sent him streaming videos via internet of her having sex with other men while his baby son was in the house while I was in Iraq, and this man was 6 feet 5 inches and 250 pounds.

Then while I was in Afghanistan, there was a soldier whom returned home on leave to find the boyfriend, lover and sex partner of his wife in a house he was renting. There are other such stories which are not as horrible too.

The Army and Marine Corps. is a mess because of misandry and it is eating them alive. the Divorce rates are 75% and 70% respectively. The sucide rates are at all time highs and rising in the Army and Marine Corps. Over 70% of the sucides are because a man’s wife or girlfriend is leaving him while deployed to a war zone.

She is almost always taking the kids if there are any and quite often (most of the time) depleting (legally stealing) his bank accounts too. She often enough cheating on him.

This is your American woman. Western and Civilized East Asian women are either just as bad or not too far behind. Afghan Muslim Taliban laws are too good for some, but not all of them. Marriage 1.0 needs to be restored with improvements if our civilization is to be saved, and this may not be enough.

Taliban marriage laws are remarkably similar to Ancient Jewish laws and I call them Marriage 0.5. christianity adopted them and made them into Marriage 1.0. Even under Taliban or Jewish law a man is not allowed to kill his wife without sufficient reason and the government is usually the one to do it if they do it at all.

Marriage 0.0 is the Ancient Roman Republic. Enforced monagamy with a man only being able to have one wife and everyone ignoring a husbands whoring or adultry was accepted in practice but frowned upon. Wives commiting adultry was totally unacceptable.

There was also the matter of Pater Potentas, Father’s Power. A Husband and father had a right to kill his wife, children, slaves and freed slaves without reason. The government could not stop him. He could even do this in theory to an adult son with a family of his own and was elected to the Highest government office of Consul at least in theory. He could also kill his grandchildren or great grandchildren alonf with their wives, slaves and freed slaves.

There was a reason why Rome Conquered the Jewsd and not the other way around and although enforced monagamy and Pater Potentas weren’t the only reasons, they were crucial. By the Empire the Romans moved to Marriage 0.5 and their empire fell.

I would rather gor back to Marriage 1.0 with updates than Marriage 0.0 as I would hate to be a woman in those circimstances and as emotionally, morally appalled by it as a Christian Roman Catholic, but some American women are really asking for it.
