Poor Obama, so much greatness wasted on a country whose people are too stupid to understand the arguments he's been making. Sure you showed some promise by electing him in the first place but since then, you've really let him down.
Fortunately for you, Obama's awesomeness will now enable him to spend more time explaining why he's right and you're wrong. He's a giver, even to those not worthy of his gifts.
Apparently he was so busy legislating over the last two years he only had time to appear on about 75% of TV and radio show on the schedule over the last two years. He even popped up on broadcasts like the Super Bowl. But now he's not going to be so much of a communications slacker, he's really going to get out there and make sure you understand how wrong you were to reject his huge and ineffective spending programs. Those 54 speeches he gave on health care? Not nearly enough for you rubes to understand, so get ready for more!
You think America voted for policy changes on Tuesday? You poor deluded fool. Don't worry, Obama is going to spend the next two years making sure you understand why that's wrong. He'll lift you out of the mud of ignorance you are wallowing in....after all, that's what God-Kings do.

Bill Maher: “I Don’t Need To Apologize For Being A Proud White Supremacist"
Wait. That's not what he said! He actually said "I Don’t Need To Apologize For Being A Proud Westerner”. However, in the modern political-correct mindset being proud of western values is almost like being a white supremacist.
(Mediaite)- Bill Maher showed up on CNN to talk about comments he made on Real Time regarding the ‘alarming’ number of ‘baby Mohammeds’ in England. Maher told Wolf Blitzer that he felt no need to “apologize for being a proud Westerner,” or for being worried that “Muslim people in these [Western] societies are having babies” at a faster clip than non-Muslims.
He clarified:
And when I say Westerner, I mean someone who believes in the values that Western people believe in that a lot of the Muslim world does not. Like separation of church and state. Like equality of the sexes. Like respect for minorities, free elections, free speech, freedom to gather. These things are not just different from cultures that don’t have them. … It’s better. … I would like to keep those values here.
Maher feared that “we can project ahead” to the possibility of England “losing those values.” While he and Blitzer didn’t discuss the Sharia law issue that arose Friday night, they did discuss another topic that had come up during the same conversation: whether Maher would’ve been fired from NPR, as Juan Williams had been, if he worked there. “Probably,” Maher said. Here, the two seemed to agree.

Unless you spent the past 10 days high in the Himalayas worshipping the Aqua Buddha, you are aware that Juan Williams was fired from NPR, and subjected to howls of "racist" from the left-blogosphere and media, for expressing that he becomes uncomfortable when he sees people in "Muslim garb" on airplanes (he acknowledged at the same time that such fears were based on unfair stereotypes).
One high-traffic left-wing blog even referred to Williams as Fox News' "lawn jockey." (Which was not the first time that slur was used by the left against Williams.)
Yet, there have not been similar howls regarding left-wing superstar Bill Maher, who recently expressed concern about the spread of Islam in the West, as reported by Mediaite:
Maher will get a pass because he serves other purposes. Maher attacks Christians, Republicans, conservatives and Tea Partiers with even more vigor than he attacks Islam.
And of course, Maher is most famous of late for attempting to smite the dreaded O'Donnell of Delaware.
It seems that in the eyes of the left-blogosphere and media, "Islamophobia" is in the eye of the beholder, and that beholding is strictly partisan.

Americans will know how to vote for decades to come if we remember the 111th Congress, as explained at Hot Air. Highlights:
The 111th Congress began by dropping a trillion dollars in debt on the American taxpayer. The money disappeared in a wild spending spree, buying $2 million jobs in Los Angeles, and evaporating into nonexistent zip codes. Billions of dollars remain clogged in the filthy pipes of government, producing nothing but more debt through accumulated interest payments. Much of the "stimulus" money was used to pump lard into government payrolls, creating useless jobs that vanished as soon as the taxpayer subsidies ran dry. The President recently admitted that the stated reason for appropriating this vast sum of money, the creation of "shovel-ready jobs," was an outright lie.
Government payrolls, are the only thing that expanded during the past session of Congress. Public sector jobs multiplied like a virus, and the number of six-figure government employees skyrocketed. Meanwhile, real unemployment in the private sector - including seasonal adjustments, long-term discouraged workers, and the underemployed - hit 22% nationwide. The lights burned bright and merry in the plush offices of K Street lobbying firms, while the rest of the economy slid into darkness. …
The 111th congress stank with the corruption of Christopher Dodd, Jack Murtha, Maxine Waters, Charlie Rangel, and Harry Reid. The ruling Party made it clear that it would go to any lengths to protect its worst members from investigation and punishment. The agenda of this Congress was conducted behind closed doors, or slipped like poison into the legislative bloodstream, to escape the notice of the American people. Fat bailouts for loyal union allies were hidden inside bills that were supposed to fund the military. Nobody knew what this Congress was really voting on... including members of Congress, who didn't bother to read the bills anyway. …
Of course, this is the Congress that shoved ObamaCare down our throats. Drafted in secret, hidden behind fraudulent cost estimates, and understood by none of the people who voted on it, ObamaCare is the most shocking dereliction of Congressional duty in recent history. Its architects flirted openly with violating the Constitution to inflict it upon us through reconciliation, before they managed to buy enough votes with our money. It has already destroyed thousands of jobs, and inflicted painful new costs on hapless workers who thought their health insurance was supposed to get cheaper.
The passage of ObamaCare shattered the myth of the "moderate Democrat" for a generation. Every one of them is an accomplice to this radical offense against the American people. Private comments from Congressional representatives made it clear they knew exactly what they were doing to us. They saddled us with a system designed to fail, and pave the way for something even worse: single-payer socialized medicine.
Faced with electoral destruction at the hands of an enraged populace, the Democrats of the 111th Congress spent their last days calling the voters stupid and insane. They scurried out of town without even passing a budget, leaving a recessionary economy tied to the ticking bomb of the expiring Bush tax cuts.
Remember the arrogance. Remember the cowardice. Remember the ugly hatred of middle-class America. Remember the sheer blind stupidity of those who demand the power to write our destiny, when they're not yelping in surprise at the latest piece of "unexpected" economic news.
Progressives have gotten away with rewriting history before, convincing many that National Socialists were ideological brethren to small-government conservatives, that FDR ended the Great Depression by dragging it out for a decade, and even that Woodrow Wilson was anything better than a fascist dictator. Don't let them do it again. Never forget what Barack Obama and the 111th Congress have done to this country, or similar people will inflict even more damage in the future.

Poll: 47% of Democratic Voters Say Obama Should Face Primary Challenge in 2012…

WASHINGTON (AP) — Democratic voters are closely divided over whether President Barack Obama should be challenged within the party for a second term in 2012, an Associated Press-Knowledge Networks Poll finds.
That glum assessment carries over into the nation at large, which is equally divided over whether Obama should be a one-term president.
A real Democratic challenge to Obama seems unlikely at this stage and his re-election bid is a long way off. But the findings underscore how disenchanted his party has grown heading into the congressional elections Tuesday.
The AP-KN poll has tracked a group of people and their views since the beginning of the 2008 presidential campaign. Among all 2008 voters, 51 percent say he deserves to be defeated in November 2012 while 47 percent support his re-election — essentially a tie.
Among Democrats, 47 percent say Obama should be challenged for the 2012 nomination and 51 percent say he should not be opposed. Those favoring a contest include most who backed Hillary Rodham Clinton’s unsuccessful faceoff against Obama for the 2008 nomination. The poll did not ask if Democrats would support particular challengers.

I don’t need to "imagine" such a place. I am 100% convinced that Hell exists; and Hell is a place where there is no pleasure. No friends. No parties. I believe this because I know that a Creator exists, because creation exists: It is...therefore He does. As mocking atheists say, "Goddidit." It doesn't take too much thought.
I know intuitively that the Creator is good, because I am part of a "moral" creation. No animal has concerns about justice and truth. Only man. If God exists and is good, He therefore must care about justice. Billions feel as I do. Simply ask any human being what God requires of them, and they will say that He expects us to "live a good life," etc. From there, common sense dictates that murderers and rapists will ultimately be punished. That's a given. But what most of humanity doesn't understand is that the standard of goodness that God has is infinitely higher than ours. That means that on Judgment Day His justice will be infinitely more demanding.
To believe that God doesn't exist--that there is no absolute morality, no ultimate justice, and you can live as you wish, is to have all your eggs in one broken down basket, with a loose handle. If you are guilty on Judgment Day (and remember that lust is adultery in God’s eyes--Matthew 5:27-28), you will give up all of life's wonderful pleasures.
Think about what "damnation" actually means. Crying out "I’m so sorry, I was wrong, God help me!" will mean nothing. The door of mercy will be closed. You laughed at His servants, you mocked His gospel, you blasphemed His name, you were ungrateful for the life he gave you, and lived in a way that was abhorrent to Him. Now you must face the music. Justice will have finally caught up with you, and there will be Hell to pay.
For the Christian, Hell has already been "paid." Justice has been satisfied through the suffering death of the Savior. We can leave the courtroom. We will have pleasure for evermore, on a new earth...one without tornadoes, floods, hurricanes, earthquakes, disease, pain, suffering, death, etc. God hasn't even begun to show the pleasures He has in store for those that love Him (see 1 Corinthians 2:9). We have instant salvation the moment we call upon Him, and eternal salivation awaiting us.
So what's holding you back from repentance, and faith in Jesus? We both know the answer to that, don’t we? It's two-fold. Your pride, and your love of your sin. Maybe the next time pleasure comes your way, you will consider these sobering thoughts. I hope so.

Capitalism Saved the Miners
If those miners had been trapped a half-mile down like this 25 years ago anywhere on earth, they would be dead. What happened over the past 25 years that meant the difference between life and death for those men?
Short answer: the Center Rock drill bit.
This is the miracle bit that drilled down to the trapped miners. Center Rock Inc. is a private company in Berlin, Pa. It has 74 employees. The drill’s rig came from Schramm Inc. in West Chester, Pa. Seeing the disaster, Center Rock’s president, Brandon Fisher, called the Chileans to offer his drill. Chile accepted. The miners are alive.
Longer answer: The Center Rock drill, heretofore not featured on websites like Engadget or Gizmodo, is in fact a piece of tough technology developed by a small company in it for the money, for profit. That’s why they innovated down-the-hole hammer drilling. If they make money, they can do more innovation.
This profit = innovation dynamic was everywhere at that Chilean mine. The high-strength cable winding around the big wheel atop that simple rig is from Germany. Japan supplied the super-flexible, fiber-optic communications cable that linked the miners to the world above.
A remarkable Sept. 30 story about all this by the Journal’s Matt Moffett was a compendium of astonishing things that showed up in the Atacama Desert from the distant corners of capitalism.
Samsung of South Korea supplied a cellphone that has its own projector. Jeffrey Gabbay, the founder of Cupron Inc. in Richmond, Va., supplied socks made with copper fiber that consumed foot bacteria, and minimized odor and infection.
Chile’s health minister, Jaime Manalich, said, “I never realized that kind of thing actually existed.”
That’s right. In an open economy, you will never know what is out there on the leading developmental edge of this or that industry. But the reality behind the miracles is the same: Someone innovates something useful, makes money from it, and re-innovates, or someone else trumps their innovation.
Most of the time, no one notices. All it does is create jobs, wealth and well-being. But without this system running in the background, without the year-over-year progress embedded in these capitalist innovations, those trapped miners would be dead.

When I first joined the American Physical Society sixty-seven years ago it was much smaller, much gentler, and as yet uncorrupted by the money flood (a threat against which Dwight Eisenhower warned a half-century ago).
Indeed, the choice of physics as a profession was then a guarantor of a life of poverty and abstinence—it was World War II that changed all that. The prospect of worldly gain drove few physicists. As recently as thirty-five years ago, when I chaired the first APS study of a contentious social/scientific issue, The Reactor Safety Study, though there were zealots aplenty on the outside there was no hint of inordinate pressure on us as physicists. We were therefore able to produce what I believe was and is an honest appraisal of the situation at that time. We were further enabled by the presence of an oversight committee consisting of Pief Panofsky, Vicki Weisskopf, and Hans Bethe, all towering physicists beyond reproach. I was proud of what we did in a charged atmosphere. In the end the oversight committee, in its report to the APS President, noted the complete independence in which we did the job, and predicted that the report would be attacked from both sides. What greater tribute could there be?
How different it is now. The giants no longer walk the earth, and the money flood has become the raison d’être of much physics research, the vital sustenance of much more, and it provides the support for untold numbers of professional jobs. For reasons that will soon become clear my former pride at being an APS Fellow all these years has been turned into shame, and I am forced, with no pleasure at all, to offer you my resignation from the Society.
It is of course, the global warming scam, with the (literally) trillions of dollars driving it, that has corrupted so many scientists, and has carried APS before it like a rogue wave. It is the greatest and most successful pseudoscientific fraud I have seen in my long life as a physicist. Anyone who has the faintest doubt that this is so should force himself to read the ClimateGate documents, which lay it bare. (Montford’s book organizes the facts very well.) I don’t believe that any real physicist, nay scientist, can read that stuff without revulsion. I would almost make that revulsion a definition of the word scientist.
So what has the APS, as an organization, done in the face of this challenge? It has accepted the corruption as the norm, and gone along with it…

Bush asked conservatives to go easy on Obama
CNN recently published a poll that posed the question: Bush versus Obama: Who was the better president?
(CNN) – Americans are divided over whether President Barack Obama or his predecessor has performed better in the White House, according to a new national poll.
And a CNN/Opinion Research Corporation survey released Friday also indicates in the battle for Congress, Republicans hold large advantages over the Democrats among independents, men and blue-collar whites. The poll also indicates that Republicans are much more enthusiastic than Democrats to vote.
By 47 to 45 percent, Americans say Obama is a better president than George W. Bush. But that two point margin is down from a 23 point advantage one year ago.
“Democrats may want to think twice about bringing up former President George W. Bush’s name while campaigning this year.” says CNN Polling Director Keating Holland.
Perhaps we are polling the wrong question. A better question might be: Bush versus Obama: Who is the better person?
The Bush haters have been relentless, both while he was in office and the nearly two years since he left office. He has never once responded in kind. He has remained above the fray even though his successor continues to blame him for every problem he faces today. However, based upon the CNN poll results it appears Americans are beginning to appreciate President Bush’s achievements and qualities. Apparently, even in the face of blistering and relentless attacks from the current White House occupants and the sycophant MSM, President Bush has risen 21 points from a similar poll from last year. Obviously the “Blame Bush” campaign isn’t working.
I want to share a story I read about at HillBuzz.
On Tuesday, I was in Georgia for a panel discussion on Islamonazism when Michael Medved told the audience about a meeting he and other conservative radio hosts had with President George W. Bush on the last Wednesday he was in the White House.
The President summoned Medved, Hugh Hewitt, and a bunch of others to the Oval Office where he sat them down on the couches, pulled up a chair, looked them all in the eyes and told them “to go easy on the new guy and let him grow into the job because it’s harder than any of you could imagine”.
Bush, the villain…Bush, the terrible…Bush, the demented cowboy riding nightmare through the imaginations of the Left even to this day…summoned conservative radio hosts with great sway and influence to the White House so that he could sit them down and make them promise to go easy on Obama after his inauguration.
Bush told these radio hosts that, for the good of the country, they needed to allow Obama the chance to prove himself. Though they were conservative and he was a Democrat, Bush told these men that as Americans they needed to root for him to succeed and to give him the chance to grow into the role that he won in the election and to prove he was up to the job and capable of leading the nation.
Bush was the captain of a ship preparing to turn the wheel of state over to his successor, and he actually took steps to make sure Republicans did not initiate a groundless partisan war from Day One, just because this president was from the other side of the aisle.
Bush demanded Obama be given his chance to succeed before criticism was automatically flung at him.
Amazing, isn’t it?
HillBuzz titled the story “Another awesome George W. Bush story you probably have never heard that makes me hate myself for ever saying anything bad about this man.”
Many Americans seem to be reevaluating their opinion of President Bush. I’m glad. He is a fine man. He was a good President. I felt safe while he was in office. I never doubted his sincerity. I might not have agreed with him in every instance but I never questioned his love for America. And I believe history will affirm that he was right a lot more than wrong.
I hope that you take this opportunity to remember President Bush’s contributions to this country and the world.

White tigers are very rarely found in the wild. In about 100 yeas only 12 white tigers have been seen in the wild in India. They are almost extinct and most of the ones living are in captivity, mostly in zoos. This specific tiger is neither an albino nor a seperate subspecies of the tiger. They are beautifully white colored and have black stripes. It has blue eyes and a pink nose. It also has white colored fur. The white tiger is born to a bengal tiger that has the gene needed for white coloring. A pure white tiger has no stripes and are totally white.

Sydney funnel-web spider (Atrax robustus)
Funnel-webs are one of the three most dangerous spiders in the world and are regarded by some to be the most dangerous. Wandering males are thought to be responsible for the majority of fatal bites to humans, however this has not been proven. Males are aggressive and tend to wander looking for receptive females of their kind for mating.
Goliath bird eating spider (Theraphosa blondi)
The goliath bird eating spider is an arachnid belonging to the tarantula family and is the largest spider in the world. The spider was named by explorers from the Victorian era, who reported the sighting to the Western world after witnessing the spider devouring a hummingbird.
Redback spider (Latrodectus hasselti)
Resembling the black widow spider, the redback is a member of the genus Latrodectus (widow family) found throughout the world. Females measure about a centimetre in length while the male is only 3 to 4 milimetres long. The redback spider is one of few animals which display sexual cannibalism while mating.
Crab spider (Ozyptila praticola)
Most often found on flowers, lying in ambush for prey, crab spiders do not build webs to trap prey but are active hunters much like jumping spiders. Like crabs, these spiders move sideways and backwards more easily than forwards.
Camel spiders (Solifugae)
These terrifying creatures became infamous when American soldiers who had returned home from Iraq told of cat size spiders that could bite chunks out of human flesh. Solifugae are not actually true spiders but belong to a distinct arachnid order.
Black Widow (Latrodectus)
This sinister creature posseses venom 15 times more potent than that of a rattlesnake. Due to the great geographical range of the black widow, the highest number of deaths world-wide are caused by members of their genus.
Brown recluse spider (Loxosceles reclusa)
Brown recluse bites produce severe dermonecrotic lesions and severe systemic symptoms, including organ damage and even fatalities. Bites have been known to form a necrotizing ulcer that destroys soft tissue and may take months to heal, leaving deep scars. The damaged tissue will become gangrenous and eventually slough away.
Argiope aetherea
This large orb-web is often referred to as the St Andrew's Cross spider due to it's characteristic cross-shaped web. This species displays sexual size dimorphism, with females being many times larger than males.
Nephila clavata (Joro spider)
This colorful arachnid is a golden orb-web spider. Researchers in Japan have created a silk thread that is stronger, softer and more durable than conventional silk by genetically modifying silkworms with Nephilia drag line genes. Spider socks, stockings and fishing lines are expected to appear on the market within years.
Chilean rose tarantula (Grammostola rosea)
Although they look fightening, these tarantulas make brilliant pets. Females have been known to live as long as 20 years with the possibility that they may live considerably longer.
Wolf spider (Hogna helluo)
So called due to their ability to run down their prey, wolf spiders depend on their eyesight to hunt. Their sense of touch is acute. A bite may cause some itching to a human, but nothing deadly or major.
Goldenrod crab spider (Misumena vatia)
Goldenrod spiders are mainly found in North America and have the ability to change colour from white to yellow and back again. The colour change is made possible by the spider secreting a liquid yellow pigment into the outer cell layer of the body.
Zebra spider (Salticus scenicus)
Zebra spiders are often noted for their 'curiosity' when observed, many seem aware of their audience and seem to respond by raising their head and looking back at the person. This spider uses its four pairs of large eyes to locate prey and it's jumping ability to pounce and capture it.
Huntsman spider (Sparassidae)
Huntsman spiders can grow up to a legspan of 12 inches and will bite if provoked. Huntsman spiders are not deadly to humans though, the victim will suffer only minor swelling and localised pain, recovering in a day or two.
Mexican redknee tarantula (Brachypelma Smithi)

When an alleged commitment to the welfare of women gets in the way of sucking up to the Religion of Peace, feminism goes overboard faster than you can say Juanita Brodderick. Two activists have exposed a disturbing phenomenon that they say is an open secret within the "peace camp": female "peace" activists are routinely harassed and raped by the Arabs of Judea and Samaria with whom they have come to identify. They say the phenomenon has gotten worse lately and that many foreign women end up as wives of local Arabs against their will, but cannot escape their new homes.
Roni Aloni Sedovnik, a feminist activist, penned an article in News1 — an independent website run by respected investigative reporter Yoav Yitzchak — under the heading "The Left's Betrayal of Female Peace Activists Who were Sexually Assaulted."
"A nauseous atrocity has been going on for a long time behind the scenes at the leftists' demonstration at Bil'in, Naalin and Sheikh Jarrah [Shimon HaTzaddik]," she writes. "A dark secret that threatens to smash the basic ideological values upon which the demand to end the occupation of the Territories rests."
It turns out, she explains, that when female peace activists from Israel and abroad come out to Judea and Samaria and demonstrate against the Israeli "occupation," they are assaulted sexually by the Arab men whom they have come to help. These are not isolated incidents, Aloni-Sedovnik stresses. Rather, this is an "ongoing and widespread" phenomenon that includes verbal and physical abuse. She accuses the 'peace' camp of purposely covering up the trend so as not to offend "the Palestinians and their heritage, which sees women as sexual objects."
Activists who manage to escape their rapists instead of being kept as slaves are encouraged not to press charges, so as not to undermine the grand struggle against oppression. Once again we see that leftists have zero moral credibility.
